Qualifying for Utah home loans is all about the correct paperwork. Lenders play by a set of rules mainly established by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. To satisfy those rules they will be looking for a two year history that can be verified by documentation.
We will need to submit your W-2's or 1099's along with your full federal tax return and all schedules for the past two years. The past two months of bank statements which must be on letter head, include your account number, name, history of transactions and all pages even if the pages are blank.
We will also need to turn in pay stubs reflecting the most recent month of work and a copy of your driver's license and Social Security card or Passport. If there is a divorce in your history it is important to provide the divorce decree and the most recent court rulings on alimony and child support.
